Thanks to BWT PERMAQ COMPACT 60/61/62 , the first fully-automatic reverse osmosis system on the market, hotels and professional kitchens now no longer need to dry up, freeing up resources and accordingly making savings.

Reverse osmosis is a water purification process used to remove mineral salts and bacteria by passing water molecules through a membrane.

Historically, a large quantity of water was needed for this process. With the new BWT PERMAQ COMPACT, water consumption can be considerably reduced (permeate yield of up to 80%).

Saving time and money

Drying up crockery in restaurants and professional kitchens is very time-consuming. Even when a restaurant spends one hour a day drying up cutlery and glasses, buying a BWT PERMAQ COMPACT reverse osmosis system can generate an annual saving of up to €5,200.

People tend to blame the dishwasher when results are unsatisfactory but it is water quality that is the decisive factor. What is more, limestone and other mineral salts reduce not only the lifespan of the machine but also of glasses.
